Year 6 would like to welcome you back after the Easter break and thank you for your support throughout the year so far.
We would also like to thank all parents and carers for allowing their children to attend the Easter booster sessions. They were a great success, which we are sure will benefit your child in their upcoming SATs.
This term is a very exciting period for year 6 as we have our SATs, Week of Trips, end of year performance and the leaver’s assembly and party! So a lot to look forward to.
Our topics this term are Harlow – 1950s onwards and Productions.
As Readers we will explore play scripts, which will lead up to our end of year performance. Please continue to read regularly with your child at home!

PE lessons will take place on Monday’s and Wednesday’s. Please ensure pupils have their kit and trainers to run in.
The homework will be given out on a Thursday and will be expected back in on Wednesday the following week (unless otherwise stated). Spellings will also be taken home on Thursdays and the children will be tested the following Thursday.
Finally, we would like you to remind you that should you have any concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
